हिंस्रिका निर्घातयेत् अमित्रविषयातिगाः पण्यपत्तनचारित्रोपघातिकाश्च ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१२ ॥

Transliteration

hiṃsrikā nirghātayet amitraviṣayātigāḥ paṇyapattanacāritropaghātikāśca

Translation

درندہ صفت/لٹیرے مجرموں کو کچل دیا جائے—جو (غیر قانونی طور پر) دشمن کے علاقے میں گھس جاتے ہیں اور جو تجارت اور بندرگاہی بستیوں کے قائم شدہ راستوں اور طریقوں میں خلل ڈالتے ہیں۔
