kartuśca dviśato daṇḍaḥ paṇacchedanaṃ vā

Translation

مجرم پر دو سو پَن کا جرمانہ عائد کیا جائے، یا پَنَچّھیدن (رقم کی کٹوتی/ضبطی) کی جائے۔
