शिवपूजाकथनम् (Śiva-pūjā-kathana) — The Exposition of Śiva Worship
سورج پوجا کے سابقہ حصے کے اختتام کے بعد یہ باب اِیشور کی جانب سے شِو پوجا کا نہایت مرتب و منظم طریقہ بیان کرتا ہے۔ آچمن، پرنَو سے سنسکرت اَرگھْی، اَسترَامبو سے دروازے کا پروکشن، اور داخلے کے نگہبانوں و متعلقہ دیوتاؤں کی پوجا (گن، سرسوتی، لکشمی؛ نندی، گنگا؛ مہاکال، یمنا) مذکور ہے۔ سادھک ایڑی کے ضرب وغیرہ مقررہ جسمانی اعمال کے ساتھ، دائیں پاؤں سے دہلیز پار کر کے، بائیں دروازہ ستون کا سہارا لے کر اندر جاتا ہے؛ اُدُمبَر ستون پر اَستر-رکشا قائم کرتا اور مرکز میں واستو-ادھپتی برہما کی پوجا کرتا ہے۔ پھر کلش وغیرہ سامان کی ترتیب، بھوت شودھی، پرانایام، گرنتھی بھید، دوادشانت اور بندو دھیان؛ منڈل بھاونا اور بیج منتر سے پانچ تتو (پرتھوی، جل، اگنی، وایو، آکاش) کی شُدھی اور ہردیہ پیٹھ کی स्थापना ہوتی ہے۔ سکلی کرن، اَستر پری دھی، شکتی جال، مہامُدرا کے بعد ہردیہ کمل میں شِو کی اَنتَہ پوجا، اَرگھْی و اوزار کی تیاری اور لِنگ شُدھی بیان ہے۔ پنچ وکتر دَش بھُج شِو کا دھیان، مول/شِرَس/شِکھا/کَوَچ/اَستر نیاس، اُپچار کرم اور پے در پے درویوں سے ابھیشیک؛ آخر میں آرتی، بھوگ پوجا، جپ آہُتی، ستوتر، پردکشنا، اشٹ مورتی شِو کو اشٹانگ پرنام اور اگنی وغیرہ روپوں میں دھیان سمیت مسلسل پوجا کی ہدایت دی گئی ہے۔
