गृहस्थस्य सदाचारः: शौच, तर্পण, वैश्वदेव, अतिथिधर्म, भोजन-विधि, संध्योपासन, ऋतु-धर्मः
तस्माच् छृणुष्व राजेन्द्र यथा भुञ्जीत वै गृही भुञ्जतश् च यथा पुंसः पापबन्धो न जायते
tasmāc chṛṇuṣva rājendra yathā bhuñjīta vai gṛhī bhuñjataś ca yathā puṃsaḥ pāpabandho na jāyate
Kaya nga, O pinakamainam sa mga hari, makinig: sasabihin ko kung paano dapat kumain at magtamasa ang isang maybahay, at kung paano, kahit nagtatamasa, hindi siya natatali ng gapos ng kasalanan.
