ध्रुवस्य तपः — देवमायाविघ्नाः, विष्णोर्दर्शनम्, स्तुतिः, ध्रुवस्थानप्रदानम्
अत्यरिच्यत सो ऽधश् च तिर्यग् ऊर्ध्वं च वै भुवः त्वत्तो विश्वम् इदं जातं त्वत्तो भूतभविष्यती
atyaricyata so 'dhaś ca tiryag ūrdhvaṃ ca vai bhuvaḥ tvatto viśvam idaṃ jātaṃ tvatto bhūtabhaviṣyatī

Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya)
It declares Vishnu as both immanent in the cosmos and transcendent beyond spatial limits, establishing Him as the ultimate ground of all realms.
Parāśara frames creation as proceeding from Vishnu: the universe is said to be born from Him and sustained through time—past and future—by His sovereignty.
Vishnu is presented as the Supreme Reality (Para Brahman) from whom the cosmos arises and by whom it is upheld, a key Vaishnava foundation for later Vishishtadvaita and Dvaita readings.
