शिवपुराण-प्रशंसा (Praise of the Śiva Purāṇa) / Śivapurāṇa Māhātmya
तावत्सर्वपुराणानि प्रगर्जंति महीतले । यावच्छिवपुराणं हि नोदेष्यति जगत्यहो
tāvatsarvapurāṇāni pragarjaṃti mahītale | yāvacchivapurāṇaṃ hi nodeṣyati jagatyaho
Hangga’t hindi pa bumabangon at nahahayag sa sanlibutan ang Śiva Purāṇa, ang lahat ng Purāṇa ay patuloy na uugong at aatungal sa ibabaw ng lupa.
