सीतावृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् / Report of Sītā’s Condition and Tokens of Recognition
एवं मया महाभागा दृष्टा जनकनन्दिनी।उग्रेण तपसा युक्ता त्वद्भक्त्या पुरुषर्षभ।।।।
evaṃ mayā mahābhāgā dṛṣṭā janakanandinī |
ugreṇa tapasā yuktā tvad-bhaktyā puruṣarṣabha ||
Kaya, O mapalad at marangal, nasilayan ko ang anak ni Janaka—si Janakī—na nagtitiyaga sa mabagsik na pag-aayuno at ascesis, at pinananatili ng wagas na debosyon sa iyo, O pinakadakila sa mga lalaki.
