मया खलु तदेवेदं रोषदोषात्प्रदर्शितम्।प्रथितं त्रिषु लोकेषु कपित्वमनवस्थितम्।।।।

mayā khalu tad evedaṃ roṣadoṣāt pradarśitam |

prathitaṃ triṣu lokeṣu kapitvam anavasthitam ||

Tunay nga, dahil sa pagkakamali ng galit, ipinakita ko ang mismong pabagu-bagong 'kalikasan ng unggoy'—at ginawa itong tanyag sa tatlong daigdig.
