Sita Tests the Messenger; Hanuman Offers Reassurance
आदित्य इव तेजस्वी लोककान्तश्शशी यथा।।।।राजा सर्वस्य लोकस्य देवो वैश्रवणो यथा।विक्रमेणोपपन्नश्च यथा विष्णुर्महायशाः।।।।
āditya iva tejasvī lokakāntaḥ śaśī yathā ।
rājā sarvasya lokasya devo vaiśravaṇo yathā ।
vikrameṇopapannaś ca yathā viṣṇur mahāyaśāḥ ॥
“Si Rāma ay maningning na gaya ng Araw; nagbibigay-lugod sa daigdig na gaya ng Buwan. Siya’y hari ng buong sanlibutan na gaya ni Vaiśravaṇa, at—dakila ang katanyagan—taglay niya ang tapang na gaya ni Viṣṇu.”
