tataḥ sītām upāgamya rākṣasyo vikṛtānanāḥ |

paruṣaṃ paruṣā nārya ūcus tāṃ vākyam apriyam || 5.24.1 ||

Translation

Pagkatapos, ang mga rākṣasī na may pangit at baluktot na mukha ay lumapit kay Sītā; at ang mga babaeng mararahas, sa mararahas na tinig, ay nagsalita sa kaniya ng di-kaaya-ayang mga salita.
