Hanuman’s Self-Assertion of Power and Ascent of Mount Mahendra
उत्सहेयं हि विस्तीर्णमालिखन्तमिवाम्बरम्।मेरुं गिरिमसङ्गेन परिगन्तुं सहस्रशः।।4.67.11।।
utsaheyaṃ hi vistīrṇam ālikhantam ivāmbaram | meruṃ girim asaṅgena parigantuṃ sahasraśaḥ ||
Tunay ngang kaya kong—ni hindi man sumasayad—libutin nang sanlibong ulit ang Bundok Meru, ang malawak na tuktok na wari’y kumakayod sa langit.
'I can with all enthusiasm go round the vast mount Meru a thousand times without resting on it which is as though scratching the sky.
