वालिविलापः
Vali’s Final Counsel and the Succession Charge
तद्वालिवचनाच्छान्तः कुर्वन्युक्तमतन्द्रितः।जग्राह सोऽभ्यनुज्ञातो मालां तां चैव काञ्चनीम्।।
tad-vāli-vacanāc chāntaḥ kurvan yuktam atandritaḥ | jagrāha so 'bhyanujñāto mālāṃ tāṃ caiva kāñcanīm ||
Napayapa sa mga salita ni Vāli, at walang hinanakit, ginawa niya ang nararapat; sa pahintulot ni Vāli, tinanggap niya ang yaong gintong kuwintas na palamuti.
On hearing Vali's words, Sugriva became composed with no ill-feeling. Considering it to be proper, he received with his permission the golden necklace.
