parasparaṃ ghnato statra vānarāsurayos tadā |

āsīd asuro yuddhe śakrasūnur vyavardhata || 4.11.44 ||

Translation

Habang nagbabanggaan at nagsasakitan ang unggoy at ang asura roon, humina ang lakas ng asura sa digmaan, samantalang ang anak ni Śakra (si Vālī) ay lalo pang tumibay ang sigla at lakas.
