गङ्गावतरण-प्रार्थना
Bhagīratha’s Petition for the Descent of Gaṅgā
तमेवमुक्त्वा राजानं गङ्गां चाभाष्य लोककृत्।जगाम त्रिदिवं देवस्सहदेवैर्मरुद्गणै:।।1.42.25।।
tam evam uktvā rājānaṁ gaṅgāṁ cābhāṣya lokakṛt | jagāma tridivaṁ devas saha devair marudgaṇaiḥ ||1.42.25||
Pagkasabi nito sa hari, at matapos ding kausapin ang Gaṅgā, ang Lumikha ng mga daigdig ay nagtungo sa langit, kasama ang mga diyos at ang mga pangkat ng Marut.
