सगरपुत्राणां रसातलगमनम्

तं ते प्रदक्षिणं कृत्वा पृष्ट्वा चापि निरामयम्।खनन्त स्समुपक्रान्ता दिशं हैमवतीं तत:।।।।
taṃ te pradakṣiṇaṃ kṛtvā pṛṣṭvā cāpi nirāmayam |
khanantaḥ samupakrāntā diśaṃ haimavatīṃ tataḥ ||
Pagkaraang ikutin nila siya nang pakanan at tanungin din ang kaniyang kalagayan, sila’y nagpatuloy—habang naghuhukay—patungo sa hilagang dako na nakaharap sa Himālaya.
