Shloka 32

पतत्रिणा तदा सार्धं सुस्थितेन च चेतसा।अवसद्रजनीमेकां कौशल्या धर्मकाम्यया।।।।

patatriṇā tadā sārdhaṃ susthitena ca cetasā |

avasad rajanīm ekāṃ kauśalyā dharmakāmyayā ||

Pagkaraan, si Kausalyā—matatag ang isip at nagnanais tuparin ang dharma—ay nanatili sa tabi ng kabayong panghandog sa loob ng isang gabi.
