Nararapat kang lumibot sa maririkit na terasa ng mga palasyo at sa mga halamanan ng lungsod—masagana at mababango—hindi upang manirahan sa ganitong ilang.
You deserve to stroll in the terraces of palaces, in beautiful, luxurious and fragrant city gardens.
It warns how material allure can be used to divert someone from duty; dharma in the Rāmāyaṇa values fidelity and right conduct over luxury.
Rāvaṇa tries to entice Sītā by contrasting forest hardship with urban luxury and royal comfort.
Detachment and steadfastness (dhairya) are emphasized—Sītā’s commitment to her rightful path is not to be traded for comfort.
