कौसल्यासुप्रजा राम तातस्त्वं विदितो मया।वैदेही च महाभागा लक्ष्मणश्च महायशाः।।।।
kausalyāsupraja rāma tātas tvaṃ vidito mayā |
vaidehī ca mahābhāgā lakṣmaṇaś ca mahāyaśāḥ ||
O Rama, marangal na anak ni Kausalya—mahal kong ginoo—nakikilala na kita ngayon. At si Vaidehi ay dakilang ginang; si Lakshmana rin ay bantog sa dakilang karangalan.
O dear Rama, I know now you are the blessed son of Kausalya, Sita is a noble lady and a glorious soul.
Truthfulness includes right recognition—seeing the virtuous as virtuous and honoring them; dharma is supported by acknowledging noble character.
Virādha identifies Rāma as Kausalyā’s noble son and also acknowledges Sītā and Lakṣmaṇa.
The recognized nobility (śīla) and fame (yaśas) of Rāma’s household—worthiness that becomes evident even to an enemy.
