पञ्चवटी-निर्देशः
Agastya Directs Rama to Panchavati
अगस्त्येनैवमुक्तस्तु रामस्सौमित्रिणा सह।सत्कृत्यामन्त्रयामास तमृषिं सत्यवादिनम्।।।।
agastyenaivam uktas tu rāmaḥ saumitriṇā saha | satkṛtyāmantrayāmāsa tam ṛṣiṃ satyavādinam ||
Sa gayong payo ni Agastya, si Rama—kasama si Saumitrī (Lakṣmaṇa)—ay nagbigay-galang sa matapat-sa-katotohanang pantas, at saka nagpaalam nang may paggalang.
O Rama, the delight of the Raghu dynasty! from the beginning of the creation women, by nature, keep the husband company when all goes well and give them up when hard times come.
