Concept: Even the smallest overlap (kalā/kāṣṭhā/muhūrta) of Aṣṭamī with Rohiṇī can define the operative sacred time for Kṛṣṇa-aṣṭamī.

Application: For Janmāṣṭamī-type observances, verify Rohiṇī-yoga and Aṣṭamī overlap; perform key rites (japa, pūjā, pāraṇa) within the qualified window.
