Chapter 58: Arjuna’s Deployment of the Indra-Weapon
अथ पूर्णायतोत्सूष्टे: शरै: संनतपर्वभि: । व्यदारयेतामन्योन्यं प्राणद्यूते प्रवर्तिते,उस समय प्राणोंकी बाजी लगाकर (युद्धका जूआ खेला जा रहा था।) दोनों वीर धनुषको कानतक खींचकर छोड़े हुए झुकी गाँठवाले बाणोंसे एक-दूसरेको विदीर्ण कर रहे थे
atha pūrṇāyatotsṛṣṭaiḥ śaraiḥ saṃnataparvabhiḥ | vyadārayetām anyonyaṃ prāṇadyūte pravartite ||
Wika ni Vaiśaṃpāyana: Pagkaraan, nang ang malupit na sugal na ang nakataya ay mismong buhay ay nagaganap, pinupunit ng dalawang mandirigma ang isa’t isa sa pamamagitan ng mga palasong pinakawalan mula sa busog na hinatak nang lubos—mga palasong ang mga buhol at dugtungan ay nakabaluktot—bawat isa’y nagsisikap na durugin ang katunggali sa walang-awang paligsahang iyon.
