ततः सा प्राञ्जलि र्भूत्वा लज्जमानेव भाविनी । तदा सप्रणयं वाक्यं भगवन्तमथाब्रवीत्,तब अनुरागिणी लोपामुद्रा कुछ लज्जित-सी हो हाथ जोड़कर बड़े प्रेमसे भगवान् अगस्त्यसे बोली--
tataḥ sā prāñjalir bhūtvā lajjāmānevabhāvinī | tadā sapraṇayaṃ vākyaṃ bhagavantam athābravīt |
Pagkaraan, ang marangal na babae ay naglagay ng mga palad sa pagdarasal, wari’y nahihiya. Sa magiliw na paggalang, nagsalita siya ng mga salitang may pag-ibig sa kagalang-galang na si Agastya.

The verse highlights dharmic communication: even when speaking from affection or intimacy, one should maintain humility, modesty, and reverence—expressed through the gesture of joined palms and restrained, respectful speech.
Lopāmudrā, feeling shy yet affectionate, folds her hands and addresses the revered sage Agastya with loving, respectful words, setting up her forthcoming request or statement within a framework of propriety.
