Prācī-diś Tīrtha-kathana
A true principle should be shared with discernment: it is to be conveyed privately and respectfully to qualified, trustworthy recipients—virtuous people, one’s son, close well-wishers, and an obedient disciple—rather than broadcast indiscriminately.
Pulastya, speaking as an authoritative sage, gives an instruction about how sacred or ethically weighty truth is to be transmitted—by quiet recitation/whispering into the ear—emphasizing controlled dissemination within trusted relationships.
