युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya

ऋषिकुल्‍यां समासाद्य नर: स्नात्वा विकल्मष: । देवान्‌ पितृश्चार्चयित्वा ऋषिलोकं प्रपद्यते,ऋषिकुल्‍यामें जाकर स्नान करके पापरहित मानव देवताओं और पितरोंकी पूजा करके ऋषिलोकमें जाता है

ṛṣikulyāṃ samāsādya naraḥ snātvā vikalmaṣaḥ | devān pitṝś cārcayitvā ṛṣilokaṃ prapadyate ||

Pagdating sa banal na batis na Ṛṣikulyā, maliligo ang tao at mawawalan ng dungis. Pagkaraan, matapos sambahin ang mga diyos at parangalan ang mga ninuno, mararating niya ang daigdig ng mga ṛṣi—ang lupain ng mga pantas.
