युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya

सिन्धोश्व प्रभवं गत्वा सिद्धगन्धर्वसेवितम्‌ । तत्रोष्य रजनी: पज्च विन्देद्‌ बहुसुवर्णकम्‌,सिंधुके उदगमस्थानमें जो सिद्ध-गन्धर्वोद्वारा सेवित है, जाकर पाँच रात उपवास करनेसे प्रचुर सुवर्णराशिकी प्राप्ति होती है

Sindhoś ca prabhavaṁ gatvā siddhagandharvasevitam | tatroṣya rajanīḥ pañca vinded bahusuvarṇakam ||

Wika ni Ghūlastya: “Kapag nagtungo sa pinagmumulan ng Sindhu—isang banal na pook na dinadalaw at pinaglilingkuran ng mga Siddha at Gandharva—at nanatili roon nang limang gabi sa mahigpit na pagtalima, magkakamit siya ng saganang ginto.”
