त्रिशूलाड्कानि पद्मानि दृश्यन्ते कुरुनन्दन । महादेवस्य सांनिध्यं तत्र वै पुरुषर्षभ,पुरुषरत्न कुरुनन्दन! जहाँ त्रिशूलसे अंकित कमल दृष्टिगोचर होते हैं। वहीं महादेवजीका निवास है
triśūlāṅkitāni padmāni dṛśyante kurunandana | mahādevasya sānnidhyaṃ tatra vai puruṣarṣabha ||
“O ligaya ng mga Kuru, doon ay nakikita ang mga lotus na may tatak ng trident. O pinakamainam sa mga tao, alamin mong tiyak: kung saan lumilitaw ang mga lotus na may sagisag ng trident, naroon ang presensya at pananatili ni Mahādeva (Śiva).”
