प्रतिषिध्याथ तान् सर्वान् भगवॉल्लोकपूजित: । प्रज्ञाचक्षुषमासीनमुवाचा भ्येत्य सत्वरम्,उन लोकपूजित भगवान् व्यासने उन सबको रोका और सिंहासनपर बैठे हुए प्रज्ञाचक्षु धृतराष्ट्रके पास शीघ्र आकर कहा
pratiṣidhyātha tān sarvān bhagavāṁl lokapūjitaḥ | prajñācakṣuṣam āsīnam uvāca abhyetya satvaram ||
Pagkaraan, ang iginagalang ng daigdig na pantas ay pinigil silang lahat. Pagdaka’y lumapit siya kay Dhṛtarāṣṭra na marunong, na nakaupo sa kanyang luklukan, at nagsalita sa kanya.
