Book 3, Chapter 45
विदितस्ते<र्जुनो वीर: स स्वर्गफलमाप्नुयात् । त्वं तु शक्राभ्यनुज्ञाता तस्य पादान्तिकं व्रज । तदेवं कुरु कल्याणि प्रसन्नस्त्वां धनंजय:
viditas te 'rjuno vīraḥ sa svargaphalam āpnuyāt | tvaṃ tu śakrābhyanujñātā tasya pādāntikaṃ vraja | tad evaṃ kuru kalyāṇi prasannas tvāṃ dhanaṃjayaḥ |
Sinabi ni Vaiśaṃpāyana: “Kilala mo na si Arjuna, ang bayaning iyon; matatamo niya ang bunga ng langit. Ngunit ikaw, yamang pinahintulutan ni Śakra (Indra), lumapit ka hanggang sa kanyang mga paa. Kaya gawin mo ito, mapalad na ginang: malulugod sa iyo si Dhanaṃjaya (Arjuna).”
