पिनाकगोपष्जरे सूर्याय मंगल्याय च वेधसे । प्रसादये त्वां भगवन्‌ सर्वभूतमहेश्वर,पिनाकरक्षक, सूर्यस्वरूप, मंगलकारक और सृष्टिकर्ता आप परमेश्वरको नमस्कार है। भगवन! सर्वभूत-महेश्वर! मैं आपको प्रसन्न करना चाहता हूँ

Transliteration

Arjuna uvāca: Pinākagopaśjare sūryāya maṅgalyāya ca vedhase | prasādaye tvāṃ bhagavan sarvabhūtamaheśvara ||

Translation

Pagpupugay sa Iyo—tagapangalaga ng Pināka, maningning na gaya ng Araw, tagapagdulot ng pagpapala, at Tagapag-ayos ng sansinukob. O Bhagavān, Dakilang Panginoon ng lahat ng nilalang, hangad kong bigyang-lugod Ka at makamtan ang Iyong biyaya.
