Sāvitrī’s Dialogue with Yama and the Restoration of Satyavān

गतासु तासु सर्वासु त्रिजटा नाम राक्षसी । सान्त्वयामास वैदेहीं धर्मज्ञा प्रियवादिनी,वहाँ केवल धर्मको जाननेवाली प्रियवादिनी त्रिजटा नामकी राक्षसी रह गयी। अन्य सब राक्षसियोंके चले जानेपर उसने सीताको सान्त्वना देते हुए कहा--

Transliteration

gatāsu tāsū sarvāsū trijaṭā nāma rākṣasī | sāntvayāmāsa vaidehīṃ dharmajñā priyavādinī ||

Translation

Nang makaalis na ang lahat ng iba pang rākṣasī, si Trijaṭā na rākṣasī na lamang ang naiwan. Marunong sa dharma at malumanay magsalita, inaliw niya si Vaidehī (Sītā), nagbibigay ng katiyakan sa gitna ng takot at pag-iisa.
