Adhyāya 22: Śālva’s Weapon-Shower, Dāruka’s Wounding, and the Māyā-Report of Vasudeva’s Father

मेघजालमिवाकाशे विदार्यभ्युदितं रविम्‌ । दृष्टवा मां बान्धवा: सर्वे हर्षमाहारयन्‌ पुन:,जैसे आकाशमें बादलोंके समुदायको छिन्न-भिन्न करके सूर्य उदित होता है, उसी प्रकार शिलाखण्डोंको हटाकर मुझे प्रकट हुआ देख मेरे सभी बन्धु-बान्धब पुनः हर्षसे खिल उठे

meghajālam ivākāśe vidāryābhyuditaṃ ravim | dṛṣṭvā māṃ bāndhavāḥ sarve harṣam āhārayan punaḥ ||

Wika ni Vāyu: “Kung paanong sumisikat ang araw matapos punitin ang kumpol ng mga ulap sa langit, gayon din—nang maalis ang mga tipak ng bato at ako’y mahayag—ang aking mga kaanak, pagkakita sa akin, ay muling napuno ng galak.”
