स्कन्दोपाख्यानम् — उत्पातशान्तिः, स्वाहारूपविचारः, कौमारमङ्गलक्रियाः
मनसा कर्मणा वाचा शुश्रूषा नैव हीयते । नचान्या हि तथा बुद्धिर्दश्यते साम्प्रतं तव,तुम मन, वाणी और क्रियाद्वारा कभी हम दोनोंकी सेवा नहीं छोड़ते। इस समय भी तुम्हारा विचार इसके प्रतिकूल नहीं दिखायी देता
manasā karmaṇā vācā śuśrūṣā naiva hīyate | na cānyā hi tathā buddhir dṛśyate sāmprataṃ tava ||
Sinabi ni Mārkaṇḍeya: “Hindi humihina ang iyong tapat na paglilingkod—sa isip, sa gawa, at sa salita. Maging ngayon, wala ring nakikitang hangaring salungat sa gayong katapatan.”
