त॑ सर्वभावोपगता पतिशुश्रूषणे रता । साध्वाचारा शचिर्दक्षा कुटुम्बस्य हितैषिणी

Transliteration

tāṁ sarvabhāvopagatāṁ patiśuśrūṣaṇe ratāṁ | sādhvācārāṁ śacīṁ dakṣāṁ kuṭumbasya hitaiṣiṇīm ||

Translation

Sinabi ni Mārkaṇḍeya: “Ibinigay niya ang sarili nang buo—sa isip at asal—at ikinagalak ang paglilingkod sa asawa; siya’y may mabuting asal, dalisay at matatag, mahusay sa mga tungkulin, at laging naghahangad ng kapakanan ng sambahayan.”
