सप्तभिर्दिवसै: खात्वा दृष्टो धुन्धुर्महाबल: । कुवलाश्वके पुत्रोंने सात दिनोंतक खुदाई करनेके बाद उस बालुकामय समुद्रमें (छिपे हुए) महाबली धुन्धुको देखा
saptabhir divasaiḥ khātvā dṛṣṭo dhundhur mahābalaḥ | kuvalāśvake putraiḥ sa balukāmaye samudre (channaḥ) ||
Sinabi ni Mārkaṇḍeya: Pagkaraan ng pitong araw na paghuhukay, nakita ng mga anak ni Kuvalāśva ang napakalakas na si Dhundhu, na nakatago sa loob ng dagat ng buhangin na iyon.
