Chapter 20

तामहं माययैवाशु प्रतिगृह्य व्यनाशयम्‌ । तस्यां हतायां मायायां गिरिशृज्जैरयोधयत्‌,शाल्वकी उस मायाको मैंने मायाद्वारा ही नियन्त्रित करके नष्ट कर दिया। उस मायाका नाश होनेपर वह पर्वतके शिखरोंद्वारा युद्ध करने लगा

tām ahaṃ māyayāivāśu pratigṛhya vyanāśayam | tasyāṃ hatāyāṃ māyāyāṃ giriśṛṅgair ayodhayat ||

Wika ni Vāsudeva: “Ang gayong ilusyon ay agad kong pinigil sa sarili kong kapangyarihang banal at winasak. Nang mapuksa ang māyā na iyon, nagpatuloy pa rin siya sa pakikipaglaban, na wari’y inihahagis at ipinampapalo ang mga tuktok ng bundok.”
