उत्तङ्कोपाख्यानप्रारम्भः — Uttanka’s Tapas, Viṣṇu-stuti, and the Dhundhumāra Prophecy

करिष्यामि हि तत्‌ सर्वमुक्त यत्‌ ते मयि प्रभो | युधिष्ठिरने कहा--द्विजश्रेष्ठ] आपने मुझे जो उपदेश दिया है, वह मेरे कानोंको मधुर एवं मनको प्रिय लगा है। विभो! मैं आपकी आज्ञाका यत्नपूर्वक पालन करूँगा। ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठ। मेरे मनमें लोभ, भय और ईर्ष्या नहीं है। प्रभो! आपने मेरे लिये जो कहा है, इसका अवश्य पालन करूँगा

kariṣyāmi hi tat sarvam uktaṃ yat te mayi prabho |

Sinabi ni Yudhiṣṭhira: “O panginoon, tunay na isasagawa ko nang ganap ang lahat ng iyong sinabi tungkol sa akin. Ang iyong aral ay matamis sa aking pandinig at mahal sa aking puso; sa masusing pagsisikap ay susundin ko ang iyong utos. O pinakadakilang Brahmin, sa aking kalooban ay walang kasakiman, takot, at inggit. O panginoon, ang iyong sinabi para sa akin ay tiyak kong tutuparin.”
