Arjuna’s Arrival and Reunion on the Sacred Mountain
तथा निवसतां तेषां पञ्चमं वर्षमभ्यगात् । शृण्वतां लोमशोक्तानि वाक््यानि विविधान्युत,वहाँ निवास करते हुए उनका पाँचवाँ वर्ष बीत गया। उन दिनों वे लोमशजीकी कही हुई नाना प्रकारकी कथाएँ सुना करते थे
tathā nivasatāṃ teṣāṃ pañcamaṃ varṣam abhyagāt | śṛṇvatāṃ lomaśoktāni vākyāni vividhāny uta ||
Habang patuloy silang naninirahan doon, lumipas ang kanilang ikalimang taon. Sa panahong iyon, pinakinggan nila ang sari-saring salaysay at mga aral na binigkas ng pantas na si Lomaśa—mga kuwentong nagpatibay sa kanila sa pagkatapon at nagpaigting sa disiplina ng pagtitiis.
