कस्य त्वमसि वामोरु वने5स्मिन् कि करोषि च । इच्छाव भगद्रे ज्ञातुं त्वां तत्तमाख्याहि शोभने,“वामोरु! तुम किसकी पुत्री और किसकी पत्नी हो? इस वनमें क्या करती हो? भगद्रे! हम तुम्हारा परिचय प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं। शोभने! तुम सब बातें ठीक-ठीक बताओ”
kasya tvam asi vāmoru vane 'smin kiṁ karoṣi ca | icchāvaḥ bhagadre jñātuṁ tvāṁ tattvam ākhyāhi śobhane ||
“O ikaw na may marikit na mga hita, kaninong anak ka, at kaninong asawa? Ano ang ginagawa mo sa gubat na ito? O mapalad na babae, nais naming makilala kung sino ka. O magandang binibini, sabihin mo sa amin nang malinaw ang buong katotohanan.”
