ततो देशेषु देशेषु रमणीयेषु भागश: । सर्वरत्नसमाकीर्णा: सभाश्षक्कुरनेकश:,तब कारीगरोंने विभिन्न रमणीय प्रदेशोंमें अलग-अलग सब प्रकारके रत्नोंसे सम्पन्न अनेक विश्राम-स्थान बनाये
tato deśeṣu deśeṣu ramaṇīyeṣu bhāgaśaḥ | sarvaratnasamākīrṇāḥ sabhāś ca kurv anekaśaḥ ||
Pagkaraan, sa iba’t ibang lupain—bawat isa’y pinili dahil sa ganda at kaaya-ayang tanawin—ang mga bihasang manggagawa ay nagtayo, sa magkakahiwalay na bahagi, ng maraming bulwagang pagtitipon at mga pahingahan, marangyang pinalamutian at nagkalat ng sari-saring hiyas.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights prudent, organized preparation and the ethical use of resources—wealth and craftsmanship are directed toward creating orderly, hospitable public spaces, reflecting ideals of responsible governance (rājadharma).
Vaiśampāyana describes how, across many pleasant regions, numerous gem-adorned halls/resting places were constructed in separate allotments—part of broader arrangements being made in the Udyoga Parva context.
