वैशम्पायन उवाच एवं वदति वाक्यं तु युयुधाने महामतौ । सुभीम: सिंहनादो5भूद्‌ योधानां तत्र सर्वश:

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: evaṁ vadati vākyaṁ tu yuyudhāne mahāmatau | subhīmaḥ siṁhanādo 'bhūd yodhānāṁ tatra sarvaśaḥ ||

Translation

Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: Nang mabigkas ng marunong na si Yuyudhāna (Sātyaki) ang mga salitang iyon, mula sa lahat ng panig ay sumiklab ang nakapanghihilakbot na ungol na tila leon mula sa nagkakatipong mga mandirigma.
