कूृपाश्न विविधाकारा मनोहर्षविवर्धना: । वाप्यश्न विविधाकारा औदकानि गृहाणि च

Transliteration

kūpāś ca vividhākārā manoharṣa-vivardhanāḥ | vāpyāś ca vividhākārā audakāni gṛhāṇi ca ||

Translation

Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: Itinayo ang mga balon na iba-iba ang anyo, na nagpapasaya sa puso at nagpapalago ng galak. Gumawa rin ng mga lawa at imbakan ng tubig na sari-sari ang hugis, at inayos ang mga bahay na may natatanging kaginhawaan sa suplay ng tubig.
