Kaurava Mobilization at Kurukṣetra (Duryodhana Orders War Preparations) / कुरुक्षेत्रे धार्तराष्ट्र-सैन्यसज्जा

तेषां प्रहषमनसां नाद: समभवन्महान्‌ । योग इत्यथ सैन्यानां त्वरतां सम्प्रधावताम्‌,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--राजन्‌! भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णके ऐसा कहनेपर वे नरश्रेष्ठ पाण्डव बड़े प्रसन्न हुए। फिर तो युद्धके लिये 'सुसज्जित हो जाओ, सुसज्जित हो जाओ' ऐसा कहते हुए समस्त सैनिक बड़ी उतावलीके साथ दौड़-धूप करने लगे। उस समय प्रसन्न चित्तवाले उन वीरोंका महान्‌ हर्षनबाद सब ओर गूँज उठा

teṣāṁ praharṣa-manasāṁ nādaḥ samabhavan mahān | yogo ity atha sainyānāṁ tvaratāṁ sampradhāvatām ||

Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: Sa kanilang pusong nag-uumapaw sa tuwa, sumiklab ang isang malaking sigaw. Habang nagmamadali at sumusugod ang mga kawal, umalingawngaw ang sigaw na “Yoga!”—na ang ibig sabihin ay “ikabit ang panghila, maghanda (sa labanan)”—bilang hudyat ng masidhing paghahanda sa digmaan.
