तमनर्थ परिहरन्नात्मश्रेय: करिष्यसि । भ्रातृणामथ भृत्यानां मित्राणां च परंतप,“परंतप! यदि तुम उस अनर्थकारी दुराग्रहको छोड़ दो तो अपने कल्याणके साथ ही भाइयों, सेवकों तथा मित्रोंका भी महान्‌ हित-साधन करोगे

tam anarthaṁ pariharann ātmaśreyaḥ kariṣyasi | bhrātṝṇām atha bhṛtyānāṁ mitrāṇāṁ ca parantapa ||

“Kung tatalikuran mo ang mapanirang at mapaminsalang katigasan ng ulo, masisiguro mo ang tunay na kapakanan ng iyong sarili—at makapagdudulot ka rin ng malaking kabutihan para sa iyong mga kapatid, mga umaasa sa iyo, at mga kaibigan, O tagasunog ng mga kaaway.”
