युपर्ण उवाच
As a colophon, the verse does not teach through direct instruction; instead it frames the Galava episode as a completed unit within the broader diplomatic mission (Bhagavad-yāna). The ethical implication is that individual exempla (like Galava’s story) are embedded to illuminate dharma and conduct amid escalating political crisis.
The text is marking closure: it announces that the 110th chapter—focused on Galava’s narrative—has concluded, and situates it within the Bhagavad-yāna section of the Udyoga Parva, the portion of the epic concerned with preparations, negotiation, and the approach to war.
