अभेद्यं भास्करेणापि स्वयं वा कृष्णवर्त्मना । मृत्युके पश्चात् इस दिशामें जानेवाले प्राणीको ऐसे घोर अन्धकारका सामना करना पड़ता है, जो साक्षात् अग्नि एवं सूर्यके लिये भी अभेद्य है
abhedyaṁ bhāskareṇāpi svayaṁ vā kṛṣṇavartmanā | mṛtyuke paścāt asyāṁ diśiṁ jānevāle prāṇīko aise ghora andhakārakā sāmnā karnā paṛtā hai, jo sākṣāt agni evaṁ sūryake liye bhī abhedya hai
Sinabi ni Yuparṇa: “Pagkaraan ng kamatayan, ang nilalang na tutungo sa ganitong dako ay haharap sa isang nakapanghihilakbot na dilim—dilim na hindi mabutas kahit ng apoy at ng araw. Doon, nabibigo ang karaniwang liwanag at paggabay; isang babala na ang landas ng kaluluwa matapos mamatay ay hinuhubog ng kanyang karma at mga piniling gawain.”
