दक्षिणा-दिक्, पितृपक्ष-प्रतिष्ठा, तथा कर्मगतिः — Suparṇa’s Cosmographic Instruction
एतद् द्वारं त्रिलोकस्य स्वर्गस्य च सुखस्य च । एष पूर्वो दिशां भागो विशावो5त्र यदीच्छसि
etad dvāraṃ trilokasya svargasya ca sukhasya ca | eṣa pūrvo diśāṃ bhāgo viśāvo 'tra yad icchasi, gālava ||
Ito ang pintuang-daan ng tatlong daigdig—maging ng langit at ng kaligayahan. Ito ang silangang bahagi ng mga direksiyon. Kung nanaisin mo, O Gālava, pumasok tayo rito na dalawa.
