Educational Q&A

The line underscores the Mahābhārata’s moral cosmology: beings experience different post-death destinations and modes of travel (realms and celestial vehicles) in accordance with karma and dharma, highlighting an ordered ethical universe rather than random reward.

In the Svargārohaṇa context, the narrator points to the vision/description of divine conveyances and multiple heavenly realms, situating the characters’ final journey within a broader panorama of celestial worlds.
