तस्माद्‌ गोमिषु यत्नेन प्रीति कुर्याद्‌ विचक्षण: । दयावानप्रमत्तश्न करान्‌ सम्प्रणयन्‌ मृदून्‌

Transliteration

tasmād gomiṣu yatnena prīti kuryād vicakṣaṇaḥ | dayāvān apramattaś ca karān sampraṇayan mṛdūn ||

Translation

Kaya nga, ang taong may pag-unawa ay dapat, sa masusing pag-iingat, maglinang ng pag-ibig at mabuting kalooban sa mga baka. Taglay ang habag at pagiging mapagmatyag, dapat niya silang pakitunguhan nang marahan—hawakan at alagaan sa malalambot at maingat na kamay.
