चकार भार्गवो राजन् महीं शोणितकर्दमाम् | राजन! परम क्रोधी परशुरामने सहस्रों हैहयोंका वध करके इस पृथ्वीपर रक्तकी कीच मचा दी
cakāra bhārgavo rājan mahīṃ śoṇita-kardamām |
Wika ni Vāsudeva: “O Hari, ang Bhārgava (Paraśurāma) ay ginawang putik ng dugo ang lupa—gayon kabangis ang kanyang poot—matapos patayin ang libu-libong Haihaya.”
