Shloka 4

उक्तानुक्ते कृते कार्ये मामामन्त्र्य द्विजर्षभ | मया प्रत्यभ्यनुज्ञातस्ततो यास्यसि सुव्रत,उत्तम व्रतका पालन करनेवाले द्विजश्रेष्ठ। आप कहें या न कहें। मेरे द्वारा जब आपका कार्य सम्पन्न हो जाय, तब आप मुझसे पूछकर, मेरी अनुमति लेकर अपने घरको जाइयेगा

uktānukte kṛte kārye mām āmantrya dvijarṣabha | mayā pratyabhyanujñātas tato yāsyasi suvrata ||

Wika ng Nāga: “Magsalita ka man o hindi, o pinakamainam sa mga Brahmin, tagapag-ingat ng dakilang panata: kapag natapos na ang gawaing dapat gawin, lumapit ka muna sa akin at humingi ng pahintulot. Pagkatanggap mo ng aking pagsang-ayon, saka ka lamang makauuwi.”
